General conditions of sale 
 
 
The general conditions of sales of the society Electronic Systems, apply to the set of the orders and are submitted to the enumerated below conditions. All order implies the whole acceptance of these conditions of sales with the exception of particular conditions written by the seller at the time of the order.  
 
Electronic Systems makes the mail order in Switzerland and in the union European.  
The deliveries in the rest of the world are possible, only the bank transfer by advance will be accepted. 
The expenses and risks of transportation are in charge of the customer. The merchandise won't be, nor taken, nor exchanged!!! 
 
The orders passed by Internet or like farms considered by fax, the receipt of the merchandise ordered will serve as confirmation. If the case arises, an offer established by Electronic Systems is valid for one length of thirty days as of his/her/its utterance. 
 
The prices invoiced at the time of the order are those under validity and displayed on the Internet site. However these last can be modified at all times in case of particular conditions bound to independent factors of the will of Electronic Systems. 
 
The delivery times are of about 4-5 workdays for a delivery in Switzerland, except case of stock rupture. In case of delay, on no account, the responsibility of Electronic Systems won't be able to be hired and therefore no demand of indemnification will be able to be asked by the customer. 
 
All complaint, on the obvious vices or on the non conformity of the delivered product, in relation with the ordered material, should be stipulated by registered letter with acknowledgment in the 10 days. The material won't be able to be took exchanged either without the express agreement of Electronic Systems. The return will only concern the products having sudden no change and arriving in their packing of origin. The software won't be able to be took exchanged either that if they are again in their intact origin envelope and under sealed. The expenses and risks of transportation are in charge of the customer. No material will be able to be exchanged before his/her/its return within the local of Electronic Systems. 
 
The delivered material is guaranteed by the society Electronic Systems for a length of one year as of the invoice. Electronic Systems won't be able to be held on no account for person responsible of damages bound to a deficient use of the sold material, or of all other damage bound to an independent reason of Electronic Systems. 
 
Electronic Systems clears all responsibility for all default to his/her/its obligations 
meter readers in the hypothesis of a major or fortuitous strength not permitting the good execution of an order.
